1:1 Cycle Breaking Coaching
Personalized support for parents committed to breaking cycles and building something new. This 60-minute session is a private space for reflection, clarity, and practical guidance. You’re working to show up differently than how you were parented—and that’s beautiful, brave, and exhausting. These coaching sessions are a space to slow down, reflect, and make sense of what’s showing up in your parenting—without shame or judgment. Together, we’ll explore the patterns you’re trying to shift, the moments that feel the hardest, and the tools that can help you move through them with more confidence and care. We might talk about: Why you react the way you do—and how to change it How your past shows up in the present What co-regulation really looks like in messy, real life How to parent in ways that align with your values, even when triggered This isn’t about fixing you. It’s about supporting you to feel more connected—to yourself, your child, and the kind of parent you want to be.

Professional Consultation
Supporting your work with families through the lens of intergenerational trauma. Working with families affected by trauma is complex—and when intergenerational patterns are at play, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed, unsure, or stuck. These sessions are designed to offer grounded, reflective support for professionals who want to deepen their understanding of how trauma is passed down, and how healing becomes possible. Whether you’re a therapist, social worker, coach, educator, or parent-support professional, these consultations offer space to think deeply, ask hard questions, and explore the nuance of your work. Together, we might: Explore how intergenerational trauma shows up in your clients or students Unpack family narratives, attachment adaptations, and legacy burdens Reflect on cases involving parenting shame, blocked trust, or emotional cutoff Integrate attachment theory, polyvagal theory, and nervous system literacy into your approach Clarify your role and response when systems miss or mislabel trauma This is not clinical supervision—it’s reflective practice rooted in compassion, curiosity, and complexity. These sessions are as much about you as they are about the people you serve.
