Mentorship
& Parent Coaching

For parents doing the deep work—and still getting caught in old patterns.
You’ve done the hard part.
You’ve sat in the therapy room. You’ve named the pain, explored your past, and committed to doing things differently.
But in the everyday moments—your child’s tantrum, the sibling fight, the bedtime refusal—something else takes over.
You freeze, snap, shut down, spiral.
You hear your parent's voice coming out of your mouth.
And afterward, the shame creeps in: I should know better.
I’ve already done this work.
Why does this keep happening?
You are not failing.
This is the real work of breaking cycles—the part where insight meets application.
And that’s where I come in.
My Framework: The R.E.P.A.I.R. Model
Drawing from 20+ years as a therapist, my own journey as a cycle-breaking parent, and the latest in relational neuroscience, I’ve developed a practical, compassionate approach to help you apply what you already know—when it matters most.
This isn’t therapy.
It’s not about unpacking the trauma again.
It’s about learning what you didn’t get to learn growing up—emotional regulation, co-regulation, reflective capacity, and relational repair—and practicing it, in real time, with steady support.
What We Work On Together
This work is reflective, but forward-focused.
It’s spacious, but actionable.
It’s about showing up as the parent you want to be, even when old patterns try to take the wheel.
We’ll explore:
-
Where trauma still shows up in your parenting—so you can respond with intention, not inheritance
-
How to notice and interrupt legacy patterns—without shame or collapse
-
What emotional regulation looks like in your own body—and how to co-regulate with your child
-
How to build practices of repair, reflection, and attunement—that support both your growth and your child’s
-
Your parenting values—so you can lead from clarity, not reactivity
Each session is a collaborative space to slow down, reflect, rehearse new responses, and build the internal muscle memory to do things differently—again and again.

FAQ
Q: Is this therapy?
No. Coaching is not therapy and doesn’t involve diagnosing or treating mental health conditions. It’s reflective, forward-focused support to help you parent with more intention, regulation, and connection.
Q: What happens during the free consult?
We’ll meet for about 30 minutes over Zoom. It’s a space to explore what’s showing up in your parenting, ask questions, and get a feel for what coaching might be like—no pressure, no obligation.
Q: What if I’m not sure I’ve “done enough” healing yet?
You don’t need to be perfect or have it all figured out. If you’ve spent time reflecting on your past and are now trying to parent differently, this space is for you.
Q: Do I need to prepare anything beforehand?
Nope. Just bring yourself. If there’s something specific you want to explore, you’re welcome to, but there’s no expectation.
Q: What happens after the consult?
If it feels like a good fit, we’ll talk about next steps and options for working together. If not, that’s completely okay too—you’ll still walk away with some clarity.
Q: How much does individual coaching cost?
I offer several coaching packages, with options starting at $500 CAD. We can talk about what kind of support feels right for you during our consult. My goal is to be transparent and make sure you have the information you need to decide if it’s a good fit—financially and otherwise.
