You Don’t Have to Break Cycles Alone

Parenting while holding your own history is no small task. Some days it feels like you’re carrying the weight of generations. Other days, you catch a glimpse of what’s possible when healing begins right here—with you.

That’s the heartbeat of my work: helping mothers, caregivers, and cycle-breakers find support, tools, and community as they raise their children with intention.

Why I Created This Space

I know how isolating it can feel to navigate trauma and parenting without a village. That’s why I created a free community—a space where you don’t just learn about breaking cycles, but actually connect with other mothers walking the same path.

Community is not an “extra.” It’s one of the critical foundations of the R.E.P.A.I.R framework I teach. Healing happens in relationship—through stories, reflections, and the kind of encouragement that only comes from being truly seen.

Inside the Free Community, You’ll Find:

✨ Connection: A safe space to share, reflect, and be understood.
✨ Support: Encouragement from other mothers who get it.
✨ Resources: Free tools, guides, and practices rooted in trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming care.
✨ Opportunities: First access to new trainings, workshops, and ways to go deeper into the REPAIR model.

Is This Therapy?

No—this isn’t therapy. It’s teaching, mentorship, and support grounded in my lived experience as a mother and therapist. I always encourage participants to seek their own therapist as well. This space is about learning together, practicing new ways of being, and not feeling so alone in the process.
